In 1991, one of Australia’s largest power companies hired Brian Bacon to help its executive team manage a stressful organisational transformation.
Having spent the last 10 years using different mindfulness and neuroscience-based practices to deal with his own work-related stress, Bacon created a “Self-Leadership” workshop. It used the practices and techniques to help leaders develop an internal compass that helped them see the bigger picture and navigate through turbulent, stressful times.
