In 1991, one of Australia’s largest power companies hired Brian to help their executive team manage a stressful organizational transformation. Having spent the last 10 years practicing raja yoga to cope with his own work-related stress, Brian designed a workshop that used meditation techniques to help these leaders guide their decision-making from a place of inner peace.
Not long after, this power company became an industry role model for organizational transformation, and the workshop developed into our Self-Managing Leadership program.
